  1. This article simply explains the challenges of remote work. I personally love to work remotely. But as this article highlighted many more challenges occur when working remotely. I have personally experienced remote working culture during the time of COVID-19. As you mentioned I frequently struggled to keep contact with department staff members. It is easy to contact them when working inside the office via extensions. But we are unable to contact them whenever we want via mobile.
